Challenge

The context

The sales team ran deals in spreadsheets and email: proposals took an hour to assemble by hand, prices were calculated manually, and clients’ plots were looked up by cadastral number in separate services. There was no single picture.

02
Approach

The idea

We brought it all into one internal CRM: deals and pipeline, proposals auto-generated in minutes, a pricing engine for the irrigation-systems lineup, and a built-in cadastral map of Kazakhstan. The cadastre has no public API, so we built a workaround integration.

03 · What we built

What we built

01

Deals and pipeline

Leads, deals and the whole sales pipeline in one place instead of spreadsheets and email.

02

Auto-generated proposals

A ready commercial proposal in minutes — one consistent format, prices and terms.

03

Price calculation

An engine tuned to equipment specs and plot parameters — no manual lookups or errors.

04

Cadastral map

View, place and compare several plots by cadastral number right in the CRM — via a workaround integration, since there’s no direct API.
