A cleaning-operations platform: QR task tracking, offline-first
Two mobile apps (a client app, and an offline QR scan-in/out app for staff) plus a web admin panel for management.
The context
The company tracked cleanings by hand. There was no accurate data on when and how long staff worked, and sites often have no stable internet. The founder — with no IT background — didn’t want to build an in-house IT team.
The idea
We built a three-part platform: a client app for orders, a staff app with a QR scan to start and finish each cleaning and a full offline mode with sync, and a web panel for management. Time tracking became the basis for the company’s internal norms (time per m²) and staff evaluation. The founder could fully delegate the entire technical side.
What we built
Client app
Managing cleaning orders.
Staff app
A QR scan to start and finish each task, with a full offline mode that syncs once there’s a connection.
Web panel
Operational data, staff activity and reporting for management.
Time tracking
The data became the basis for norms (time per m²) and a staff-evaluation system.
Screens
Manual tracking replaced by a digital platform of two apps and an admin panel in about 2 months. The system runs in production, and the founder runs the business without an in-house IT team.
