School automation: from the library to safety
A multi-module school automation platform — web + iOS + Android.
The context
Schools juggle dozens of tasks at once: library, meals, attendance, security. Each was covered by a separate vendor and system — the data never matched up, and parents didn’t know where to look.
The idea
We merged everything into one platform instead of four systems. A single student database, a shared family profile, one login for administration and an app for parents.
What we built
Library
Software with an ISBN scanner and book check-out and returns. Parents see due dates and any debts in the app.
Meals via Face ID
Pay by face, anti-corruption spending controls, and a social wallet for subsidised students.
Attendance
Integration with access-control turnstiles and instant notifications to parents on entry and exit.
Threat face recognition
Cameras at entrances check against a watchlist; security is alerted within seconds.

Screens
We used to keep four vendors. Now it’s one system and one team that owns it.
Four disconnected systems replaced by one platform. 30+ schools on shared infrastructure, 25,000+ students in a single database.
