The context
A client in Dubai needed an events app where a person is both organizer and attendee, with moderation of every event — on a tight deadline and matching an already-finished design system exactly.
The idea
We built an MVP for iOS and Android and a web panel with roles: the founder sees everything, a moderator approves or rejects events. We implemented the design one-to-one; where mockups were unfinished, we proposed solutions on the go and signed off on the fly. Delivered a month ahead of contract.
